Integral Coaching® is a holistic approach to human development that goes far beyond quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Rooted in integral theory, it recognizes that each person is complex and multidimensional—shaped by their beliefs, emotions, behaviors, and environment. This method combines deep self-awareness with practical tools, helping individuals shift not just what they do, but how they see and experience the world. The result is meaningful, lasting growth that empowers people to show up with greater presence, purpose, and compassion—in both personal and professional life.
What makes Integral Coaching® uniquely powerful is its ability to meet clients exactly where they are while guiding them toward their fullest potential. Coaches trained in this methodology learn to see the whole person and craft customized practices that create real, sustainable change over time. Whether someone is facing a major life transition, seeking stronger leadership skills, or simply wanting to feel more connected to themselves and others, Integral Coaching® offers a powerful pathway to transformation.
New Ventures West was founded with a simple yet powerful intention: to help people live and lead with greater meaning, presence, and purpose. We believe that true transformation starts from within—and that when individuals grow, the ripple effects can uplift teams, organizations, and communities.
Our passion for development, connection, and compassion is what inspired us to create Integral Coaching®. For over three decades, we've guided coaches and leaders through powerful personal and professional growth journeys. We’re here because we believe the world needs more thoughtful, attuned, and courageous humans—and we're honored to help cultivate them.
